How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by their previous owner on 10/3/20.
Why this pet is the one for you: Toucan is a fun-loving and affectionate 13 yr going on 2 yr old boy, and a VOLUNTEER FAVORITE at the Escondido Campus. He can be a little reserved to start, but once he knows you, he will come running up to greet you! He lived with dogs and other cats in his previous home, but would prefer to be hanging out with you. He is a curious, adventurous boy who likes to explore and also loves to play. Favorite toys are wand toys, lasers and foil balls. He does need a cat savvy person who can read his signals as he can get a little overstimulated with play sometimes, or too much petting, and like many cats, he does not like to be picked up or carried. He is a sweet boy who enjoys attention and playtime and afterward loves to climb up on your lap to cuddle and settle down for a nap.
