How this pet arrived:
Taz was brought in by Humane Law Enforcement on October 13, 2022.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Taz! Taz's adoption fee has been sponsored by Purina! Taz is a super handsome gentleman who is ready and waiting to meet his new family! He's an all around staff favorite and has all of us wrapped around his little paw! Yes, Taz is rather large, but that's just because he's large and in charge! The more Taz there is, the more Taz to love! On a serious note, we have worked with him to lose weight and it's important that he keeps the weight off - he has arthritis in his knees and the extra weight was not helping! Taz is a social cat who loves being near his favorite people but can get easily overwhelmed if you're petting him too much or in areas where he's not used to being pet. All he needs is a nice warm spot to hang out in the same room as you and get chin scratches whenever he's in the mood! Taz has shown us that he's really not a fan of other animals and would prefer to be your one and only furry friend. If you have a lot of love to give, and a lot of care and encouragement for this boy, bring a LARGE carrier and come down to Oceanside today!
