Google #849004
Yellow Bellied Turtle/Mix
Female  |  875 g
Adoption Fee: $8.00

How this pet arrived:
Google was brought into care by a Field Services Officer on January 19, 2023.

Why this pet is the one for you:
This is Google! Google is a beautiful yellow-bellied slider who is ready and waiting to meet their forever family! Yellow-bellied sliders are an invasive species in California, and should go to prepared homes where they can live out their days in comfort, without being able to run (er, slowly walk) away. Although sliders can live in huge (100+ gallon) indoor aquariums, their ideal living situation is an outdoor pond with room to swim, bask, and explore. Googles' pond should be established and bioactive, or equipped with a filter to keep their pool clean! Yellow-bellied sliders live long lives (20+ years), so Google needs someone to provide for them in the long term. Google does enjoy their turtle pellets, but they will need to be supplemented with a species-specific omnivorous diet. Google can't wait to bask in the sun in their new home! Don't forget that little tiny turtle fence to keep them from going on any adventures. If you think Google is the one for you, ask about Google today!

Color: Brown / Yellow
Spayed/Neutered: No

My adoption fee includes a certificate for a free veterinary exam!
