How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by their previous owner in December 2021.
At SDHS: This dog has been vaccinated and microchipped.
Why this pet is the one for you: Meet Kya, our sweet girl with mesmerizing eyes and kisses for all, why are you still here? Kya has been in care for quite some time, and has made friends with all the humans who see her everyday! She's already got some training under her belt, and does well in a crate if you have one for her. Kya is a great walker, she has been on numerous Canine Adventures where she is taken off site for a trek in the community. Kya is looking to be the only pet in the home, she isn't the biggest fan of dog parks or beaches and can get a bit excited so she would do better around respectful and sturdy children. Kya is looking to join a family that is committed to working on her positive reinforcement training with her. She is looking for humans who want to have one loving furry friend in home, play tug o war, and go on long strolls with her or hang out in the sunny yard!
