How this pet arrived:
Horchata was born at SDHS after her mother was brought in.

Why this pet is the one for you:
This is Horchata! This fluffy gal is looking for a place to call home. Not only is she adorable, but she's a smart cookie who needs a lot of enrichment, including time to roam and explore outside of her pen. Believe me, she will love you for granting her the taste of freedom, so long as your indoor area is bunny-proofed. Make sure her enclosure is at least 12 square feet, but of course the bigger the better! Bunnies can form strong bonds with their people if their needs are properly met, including lots of love and good care. Horchata is required to go home with her best furry friend, Juniper 835518). If you are excited to learn more about adopting rabbits, please call us at 619-299-7012!

Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV2):
Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV2) is a highly contagious disease affecting rabbits. Due to its presence in San Diego County, all rabbits will receive a mandatory RHDV2 vaccine before adoption. Guests will be charged $12 for this vaccine upon adoption.

Color: White
