Houston is a busy, little dwarf hamster who is looking for a home to call his own, and dreams of having a space where he can burrow, forage, and chew up a storm! Hamsters need a LOT of daily enrichment to keep themselves from becoming bored. Look up a "DIY hamster bin cage" for a roomy and inexpensive hamster home! Houston needs a large amount of room (650 square inches) with plenty of bedding (6 inches) to dig intricate tunnels where he can do secret hamster things away from prying eyes. Houston would love to find a human who will spend time slowly building a bond of trust and love with him! Houston is a bit of a shy guy, so definitely take interactions slowly and work on building your trust with him over time! We recommend doing plenty of research before bringing this cute hammy home.
