I've been adopted!

How Sweets arrived:
Sweets was brought in as a stray on 4/28/22.

At SDHS:
Sweets has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. She is now ready for her new home!

Why this pet is the one for you:
Sweets was very shy when she first came into our care. With lots of treats and encouragement, she is now forming positive relationships with her handlers. She will need a patient owner who will continue working with her reinforcing good habits with treats and affection. Sweets may do best in a quiet home with a small family size. She may struggle in environments with several novel people. This includes inviting several guests over to the home, or going out with her in public. Sweets may need to be transported home in a crate. She may do best in a home with immediate access to a yard where she can "do her doggie business". If you would like to know more about Sweets, please visit our Oceanside campus.
