Why this pet is the one for you:
Are you a night owl? Do you love staying up late? If so then Dixon may be the perfect pet for you! Dixon loves sleeping in until 7pm and staying up all night! The nighttime can be lonely, and he's hoping to finally find a companion to spend his time with. Little Dixon has been waiting for his "person" for over 100 days! He loves his foster family, but he would really love to find a home of his own. In the wild mice live in social groups. Unfortunately, in captivity male mice can not be housed with other males due to aggression. That means that this social species must be kept alone (unless they are neutered!). Since male mice are kept alone they form strong bonds with their human companions. Dixon would love to find a human who will hang out in a play pen with him every night! Dixon will need a large spacious enclosure that has plenty of climbing toys as well has deep bedding for burrowing! If you would like to learn more, please reach out to the foster via the email address listed above!
