How Beluga arrived: Beluga was brought in by a Good Samaritan.
At SDHS: Beluga has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. She is now ready for her new home!
Why Beluga is the one for you: Meet our lovely Beluga! A shy, little Husky looking for the next quiet place to call her own. Beluga has been quite shy and nervous in our care, but we're working on building her trust with humans! She came in with another dog and has shown to be more comfortable around other canine pals, so she is required to have a doggy friend in her new home. Beluga would love a patient owner ready to go at her pace as she gains confidence in her new routine. She would benefit from a secure, enclosed yard and a respectful, social canine friend to help show her the world is not so scary! If you think you could be a fit for Beluga, give us a call at the number listed above! Our trainers would love to talk about her transition into her new life outside of the shelter.
