I've been adopted!

How this pet arrived:
Cinnamon Stick was rescued by the Humane Law Enforcement Team on September 26, 2021.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Cinnamon Stick! Cinnamon Stick came in with several other rabbits and may do best being adopted with a friend. French Angora rabbits are considered large breed rabbits and can weigh up to 10.5lbs. They also require daily brushings to keep their long, wooly fur looking its best! Their coat can reach up to 6inches in length, but should ideally be kept at about 2-3inches, which means their coat needs to be sheared 3-4 times a year. Did you know that rabbits are easy to litter box train? Well, they are! Contrary to popular belief, rabbits are not cage animals so they need a lot of space! Cinnamon Stick will need a large exercise pen to call home as well as plenty of daily time to explore his home, and hang with his humans. Domesticated rabbits are delicate animals who are very sensitive to outdoor elements, so they do best as indoor pets. Rabbits do best in families that understand that they are prey animals, and do not enjoy being held or picked up. The best way to bond with them is on their level (and on their terms).
