I've been adopted!

How this pet arrived:
This pet was brought in by their previous owner on 12/22/2021.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Diesel is an inquisitive, playful, energetic, and friendly pup whose face often looks like he's thinking really hard. When he first arrived at the shelter his skin was in poor shape. You wouldn't recognize him now! While he is often cautious with new people, once he's decided you mean him no harm, he cozies up lightning fast and loves to snuggle! This is particularly easy after he has had a day of walks and play time. Diesel has exhibited fears regarding inanimate objects like vacuums, brooms, and trash cans. He sometimes tries to scare them off with his most impressive barks. Due to his fear of such items and cautiousness with strangers, we think he would do best in a low traffic home where he gets lots of daily workouts to reduce his anxiety. If you asked Diesel what he wants, pretty sure he would tell you: daily workouts, help understanding inanimate objects won't hurt him, and someone to love and cuddle with. If you are interested in being both a mentor and friend to this beautiful pup, we can set up an appointment with one of his trainers to provide a better understanding of his behaviors and answer questions. If you're falling in love and want to learn more, call us about Diesel today!
