How this pet arrived:
Mona Lisa was brought in by a Field Services Officer on November 28, 2020 with several other cats.

Why this pet is the one for you:
This is Mona Lisa! Mona Lisa is a bit under socialized, but we've been working with her to help her feel safe. She's starting to learn that some gentle petting and attention can be nice. She's young and very active and the way to her heart may be through treats and play time. She'll need lots of toys and enrichment to occupy her busy mind! Mona Lisa came to us from an overwhelmed owner who had too many cats. Due to the multi-cat household, some cats might need some time learning the basics of being a cat. To help her adjust to her new home, be patient with her and set up a small "safe" room for her to settle into, while you are getting to know each other. This will help build her confidence and lessen her stress. Mona Lisa would do best in a quiet home, without rambunctious children. Mona Lisa thrives when she's around other cats and she would do best being adopted into a home that has a cat-social cat! Mona Lisa does have some medical conditions, such as dental disease, which her adopters will need to keep an eye on. Make an appointment to learn more!
