This is Costello! Costello is as cute as can be with adorable eyes and ears with just the right amount of flop! Costello hasn't been in the shelter long, so we're still in the "getting to know each other" phase. He has been a bit timid with staff and may take a bit of time to build relationships and trust. Costello has been fairly independent, but will allow petting from his trusted people. That being said, he isn't a fan of hugs or rough housing!
