How this pet arrived: Natalie was rescued by our Humane Law Enforcement Team on October 16, 2020.
Why this pet is the one for you: This is Natalie! Natalie is a shy senior cat who is looking for patient and understanding adopters. She spent her entire life in one home and this adjustment has been very hard for her. We sent her to a foster home, where they've been getting to see more of her personality! Once she's feeling comfortable, she will come up for head butts and neck scratches but her favorite activity is hanging out in her cozy bed. She can be a bit sensitive about how she's touched, so we recommend that she goes to a calm, adult-only home where she can relax and adjust on her own time. She has co-existed well with other mellow cats, but can be selective and prefers to keep to herself. We recommend that she is kept in a small, safe room, until she's feeling comfortable. She is overweight and has some age-related medical issues, which her adopters will have to continue to care for. Do you have room for this wonderful kitty in your home?
