How this pet arrived: Nikita was brought in by her previous owner on November 20, 2020.
Why this pet is the one for you: This is Nikita! She's a senior cat, who has grown to know exactly what she wants in life. She's a sassy girl with a big personality! She's independent and loves hanging out with her people, from afar. Her previous owners say that it takes patience (and maybe some bribery) for her to get used to you - but once she's comfortable, she'll sleep right next to you and enjoys petting. She's mellow but may have bursts of energy that she has a hard time expressing appropriately. Cat trees and toys may help her to channel this energy positive way! She will need to go to an adult-only home with cat-savvy adopters, who will give her the time and space that she needs, to adjust. She is currently living in a home with other cats and she is co-existing with them. She prefers to ignore the other cats, so she would likely do best with feline friends that give her space. She's overweight and needs adopters who will help her slim down so that she's looking and feeling her best! Sound like she's the one for you? Make an appointment, to learn more
