I've been adopted!

How this pet arrived:
This pet was brought in by a Good Samaritan on August 29, 2021.

Why this pet is the one for you:
There really isn't a good enough word to describe how adorable Dakota is...at twelve years young, Dakota wants nothing more than to share her spark of joy with you! She came to us in "ruff" shape, but with help from our marvelous medical team she's feeling so much better; while she eagerly awaits a home of her own, she's currently enjoying a wonderful stay with her fabulous foster family. Dakota will just need a bit of TLC for her skin and teefers, and some routine monitoring for some masses that were removed on her tummy. She also has an age-related condition called spondylosis, which sometimes limits her mobility; while she is lower-to-medium energy anyway, she still has a little bit of FOMO. This conundrum is easily remedied by the fact that she is pocket-sized and can fit easily into a cute carrier! Dakota's foster mom reported that while she can be a bit bashful when first making new friends, treats are great conversation-starters; Dakota also gets along well with other dogs in the home! There's so much more that we'd love to tell you about Dakota...if she sounds like your kind of gal, ask about her today!
