How this pet arrived: Sauron was brought in by her previous owner on January 17, 2021.
Why this pet is the one for you: This is Sauron! She is a beautiful bearded dragon looking for a home of her own. Bearded dragons are great social reptiles who enjoy relaxing with their humans. They can grow up to two feet long and need longer aquariums as opposed to tall. Ideally, a 40 gallon tank or bigger. It is important to make sure you have proper lighting for bearded dragons which includes a UVB bulb to provide them with vitamin D, a daylight basking bulb to provide heat, and a night time basking bulb. The night time bulb should be red as they cannot see that color. Ideal wattage is 150. One side of the habitat should be for sunbathing, maintaining a temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit and a cooler side that is kept between 70-80 degrees. Also, while Sauron is 6 years old she still has a long life ahead of her as bearded dragon can live 15+ years. Make an appointment online to learn more!
