Why this pet is the one for you: This beautiful gal is Delilah! She is a very sweet and full of energy, and has lots of love to give once you earn her trust! Delilah takes her time warming up to new people, and therefore would do best in a quiet home where she can flourish with her people. If children are in the home, they must be above the age of 5. Delilah has resided in a home with another dog but she's picky with who she gets along with, so if you already have a dog at home, we strongly advise you to bring them in to meet Delilah before adopting. She loves to get out and go on long walks or hikes, but she's very wary when seeing strangers as well as new dogs when she's out and about on the leash. If Delilah sounds like she could be the dog for you, come by to meet her! Be sure to bring the whole family because Delilah must meet everyone in the household before saying au revoir to the shelter!
