How Ella arrived: Ella was brought in by a Good Samaritan.
At SDHS: Ella has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. Ella is now ready for their new home!
Why Ella is the one for you: Meet Ella! This sweet girl is looking for the next place to call her own! Ella is a goofy, playful dog who is looking for an active home where she can get lots of daily exercise and enrichment. Ella loves a good game of chase with her caregivers! She gets adorable spurts of energy and will do zoomies all over the yard. She even knows how to play fetch if she's in the mood! Once she's released the valve on her energy Ella enjoys sunbathing and getting pets from her humans. Ella is a work in progress (aren't we all) when it comes to her reaction to other dogs. She's been working with our trainers to stay calm when passing dogs on walks, but she isn't quite there yet. Ella's future adopters are recommended to enroll her in our Reactive Rover 6 week course. This class will help Ella with success in her new home as well as continue the training that she has received at our Behavior Center. The class fee is $190. My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, a certificate for a free veterinary exam, waived enrollment fee for medical insurance from TruPanion, and a license if residing in Escondido, San Marcos, Poway, Oceanside, and Vista.
