Gus has been adopted!

Wheet wheet! This lil' cutie pie is Gus! A wonderful guinea pig looking for a new adventure. Gus enjoys snacks, a comfy house, and play time with his favorite humans! Guinea pigs are incredibly social animals who need to be kept in pairs to thrive. Gus is a single lad, so if you have another single male piggie at home, we recommend doing some research on bonding Guinea Pigs and then bringing this boy home! Guinea pigs need a lot of ground space to run around and stay healthy. Two guinea pigs will need a minimum of 10 sq feet of space (more is better!) to call home. An easy and inexpensive way to give your pigs a DIY piggy palace is called a C&C fleece lined cage (google it!). Guinea pigs need lots of daily timothy hay to munch on, extra space to run around in, and toys to keep them active and enriched! Healthy greens and veggies are also an essential part of their diet, as well as a daily dose of vitamin C in the form of a supplement or a slice of orange!
