How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by their previous owner.
Why this pet is the one for you: Shaka is a very special lady. She is a staff favorite, and once you've met her it's easy to see why! This frosted face is sweeter than pie! In her previous home Shaka lived with children. It took some time for her to accept the resident cat, but after about a month they were best friends! Shaka is selective with other dogs, and may not do well at dog parks or beaches. She is over the moon with excitement when ever she gets the chance to meet new people! Shaka is polite, good on a leash, and house broken. However, now that she's getting older she needs potty breaks more frequently. Shaka has always struggled with allergies. In the past she's done well with regular medicated baths, allergy medication, or injections from the doggie dermatologist. She is blind in one eye, but it doesn't slow her down and we think it makes her look mysterious! If you're looking for a heart of gold look no further! Please e-mail the foster to learn more about Shaka today!
