How this pet arrived:
Langston #706542 was brought in by a Good Samaritan on November 14, 2020.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Have y'all seen Monty Python and the Holy Grail? Do you remember the rabbit scene? That's Langston! (Just a little less intense) Langston is a strong, independent rabbit who isn't afraid to tell you how it is. He can be a bit protective of his space and things, and will occasionally bite to make sure those things are safe. (Don't worry, it's just a flesh wound) He also sometimes bites for fun. (We're working on it) Due to his adorably intense personality, he is required to go to a rabbit-savvy home, preferably adult only or children over the age of 14. He also should be the only rabbit in the home. Langston does enjoy soft pets on the top of his head and his free-roaming time. He will need a large space, indoors, to keep him happy and healthy. He will need a home dedicated to his enrichment and behavior needs. If you'd like to learn more about Langston, please reach out to the foster parents!

Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV2) is a highly contagious disease affecting rabbits. Due to its presence in San Diego County, all rabbits will receive a mandatory RHDV2 vaccine before adoption. Guests will be charged $12 for this vaccine upon adoption.
