How this pet arrived:
This pet was brought in by their previous owner on February 6,2020.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Bugsby is a CUTE little bunny who loves attention. If you give Bugsby some time to settle into a new environment you'll see what an affectionate rabbit he is. He loves spending time with his humans, and frequently followed his humans around the house in his previous home. Bugsby loves getting pets and snuggling next to his person, but like most rabbits does not like to be picked up. Did you know that rabbits are easy to litter box train? Well, they are! Bugsby has been doing great with this at the shelter! Contrary to popular belief, rabbits are not cage animals so they need a lot of space! Bugsby will need a large exercise pen to call home as well as plenty of daily time to explore his home, and hang with his humans. Domesticated rabbits are delicate animals who are very sensitive to outdoor elements so they do best as indoor pets. Rabbits do best in families that understand that they are prey animals, and do not enjoy being held or picked up. The best way to bond with them is on their level (and on their terms).
