How this pet arrived:
This pet was brought in by their previous owner on 2/21/2021.

At SDHS:
This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. This pet is now ready for their new home!

Why this pet is the one for you:
Sweet Alice is intelligent and driven by the need for speed! Huskies were bred to run while pulling something heavy for miles in polar conditions so giving them enough exercise is no easy feat! The average dog may be happy with 2-3 30 min walks daily , but that won't cut it for this girl! Alice craves adventure and if you don't give her what she needs she'll go look for it on her own! Huskies are escape artist who could give Houdini a run for his money. They can jump over, dig under, or swim around any obstacle between them and a good time. For that reason, having a yard isn't what is important for a dog like Alice. Alice is a marathon mutt who is looking for an athletic human who has the same compulsion to wake up and GO every single day. If you love to run, bike, Rollerblade, skateboard, or hike, and you are looking for a dog with endurance and energy then Alice may be your pup! Alice is friendly to strangers, and has lived with children in the past. Alice also has positive history with dogs, but does resource guard so may do best living as the only pup. If you're daily work outs have become stale, and you're looking for a partner to bring new excitement to your runs, bikes, or hikes then what are you waiting for? Click "adopt me" today!
