I've been adopted!

How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by a Good Samaritan August 26, 2021.

At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. This pet is now ready for their new home!

Why this pet is the one for you:This pretty gal is Angelica Pickles. She came into our care as a stray so we don't know her story. She was pretty fearful and stressed upon coming into the shelter. Our wonderful behavior team worked with Angelica to help her become more comfortable! Her interested adopters should be prepared to continue working on her ongoing positive reinforcement training. Our behavior and training team will counsel on what Angelica needs moving forward to set her up for success in her new home! In our care she has come around and shown what a sweet girl she is, given time and patience! An adult only home, or one with older kids will be best for Angelica. Helping a shy dog can help you form a great bond with them! Think of how you and Angelica Pickles can become best friends by helping her warm up to the world! If you think she could be just the dog your looking for, come meet her at the San Diego campus today!
