Rowan is a precious, freckle faced boy who came to us from his previous owner who didn't have enough time for him. His caregivers say he's a tender boy who will lean into pets as soon as you extend a hand towards him. He doesn't like to be alone and he dreams of being adopted by an affectionate human who isn't stingy with their affection. He wants to spend all of his time with you, whether it's in your lap or snuggling in bed at night. He can sometimes use his teeth to tell you how he's feeling, so he would likely do best in a home without young children. He may be a little shy after being adopted, but with a little time and extra TLC, you will see his personality shine! He does have some skin issues that are looking much better, but will likely need ongoing care. Rowan would love to relax in a sunny spot where he'll never have to worry!
