How this pet arrived: Onion was brought in by her previous owner on January 29, 2022.
Why this pet is the one for you: Meet Onion! Onion is fairly friendly, but is still getting used to handling. We know that once she adjusts, she will blossom into a wonderful guinea pig! Onion is bonded to her friend, Cinnamon #779407 so they have to go home together! Guinea pig pairs, like Onion and Cinnamon, need large enclosures with a lot of ground space (8 square feet or more) to run around and stay healthy. An easy and inexpensive way to give your guinea pig a DIY palace is called a C&C fleece lined cage (google it!). Onion and Cinnamon will need unlimited timothy hay to munch on, extra space to run around in, and toys to keep them active and enriched! Healthy greens, veggies, and pellets are also an essential part of their diet, as well as a daily dose of vitamin C! If you'd like to learn more about adding Onion and Cinnamon to your family, come in and ask about them today!
