Blossom is bonded to her daughter, Pecan #747941 and these two are bonded and must be adopted together - their combined adoption fee is only $35! Rabbits, like Blossom, need large enclosures or exercise pens kept indoors for health, safety, and socialization purposes - it's also great to give them free-roaming time outside of their enclosure! Did you know rabbits are easy to litterbox train? Well, they are! Rabbits also succeed best in a home that understands that they are prey animals, and typically do not enjoy being picked up or handled. The best way to bond with your new rabbit buddy is to get on their level (literally!) and feed them some yummy hay and greens while they bounce around! Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV2): Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV2) is a highly contagious disease affecting rabbits. Due to its presence in San Diego County, all rabbits will receive a mandatory RHDV2 vaccine before adoption. Guests will be charged $12 for this vaccine upon adoption.
