How this pet arrived:
Nila was brought in by the previous owner with her best bunny pal, Cadbury 773875.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Nila the Rabbit! Cadbury 773875 and Nila 773876 are a bonded pair who both came from a very loving home. Because they're bonded they need to be adopted together. Did you know that rabbits are easy to litter box train? Well, they are! Cadbury and Nila will need some support as they learn to use their litter box in their new home. Rabbits are not cage animals so they need a lot of space! They will need a large exercise pen to call home as well as plenty of daily time to explore his home, and hang with his humans. Domesticated rabbits are delicate animals who are very sensitive to outdoor elements so they do best as indoor pets. Rabbits do best in families that understand that they are prey animals, and do not enjoy being held or picked up. The best way to bond with them is on their level (and on their terms). Interested in adopting? Visit the San Diego Campus today!

Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV2) is a highly contagious disease affecting rabbits. Due to its presence in San Diego County, all rabbits will receive a mandatory RHDV2 vaccine before adoption. Guests will be charged $12 (per rabbit) for this vaccine upon adoption.
