How this pet arrived: This pet was rescued by the Humane Law Enforcement Team on June 27, 2020.
At SDHS: This pet has microchipped, vaccinated and spayed/neutered. Chester is now ready for his new home!
Why this pet is the one for you: Chester is a shy boy who is ready to find a home were he will be loved unconditionally. When we found him, he was terrified and not feeling his best self. Since being in our care, we have shown him kindness and slowly he has made progress with his confidence now that he knows he is safe. Chester is looking for a quiet home without a lot of foot-traffic with a family who is willing to give him the time he needs to come out of his shell. He would do best in a home with older, more respectful children who will understand his boundaries. Once he feels comfortable in his new surroundings, you will see what a sweetheart he can be!
