How this pet arrived:
This pet was transferred in from another shelter / rescue on September 18,2020.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Snow is a sweet little rabbit who is looking for love! We are enamored by her tiny little ears and her pretty pink eyes! This literal snow bunny gives us cozy winter nostalgia. What could be better than sipping some hot coco and snuggling up with Snow in your plaid pajamas? Snow would love to find a human who will shower her with attention everyday! Snow , like all rabbits, will need a large x-pen/playpen like enclosure with at least 12 square feet of room to stretch out. Rabbits are very easy to litter-box train, and Snow is no exception! She uses her bunny litterbox and keeps her pen very clean! Snow will also need plenty of daily time to explore outside of her pen and hang with her human! Rabbits are intelligent and complex animals who do well in families with humans who understand that they are prey animals, and do not enjoy being held/picked up. The best way to bond with Snow is to spend time with her outside of her pen, and shower her with plenty of cilantro, Romaine, and Timothy hay! Snow will let you know when she is happy by giving you a bunny binky (a hop/ twist in the air)! Because rabbits need so much space and aren't easy to hold they aren't an ideal "starter pet". Rabbits usually do best with older children who can respect their boundaries. When Rabbits get the space and enrichment they need, they often form deep bonds with their humans in the same way a dog or cat would. If it's your dream to have a fluffy little buddy to eat salads with and snuggle (on her level) then Snow may be the girl for you!
