Why this pet is the one for you:
Fin and his best buddy, Gray AID 721382 are very friendly bunnies who are looking for a loving home together. These boys have been in a foster home since they were itty bitty babies, so they are very socialized! They love sitting in their fosters laps for pets and munching fresh greens! Fin and Gray are playful and silly rabbits. They love zooming around , and jumping for joy. Did you know that rabbits are easy to litter box train? Fin and Gary have been constantly using their litter box in foster! That means they may do well as free roam rabbits! Contrary to popular belief, rabbits are not cage animals so they need a lot of space! Fin and Gray will need a large exercise pen to call home as well as plenty of daily time to explore their home, and hang with their humans. Domesticated rabbits are delicate animals who are very sensitive to outdoor elements so they do best as indoor pets. Rabbits do best in families that understand that they are prey animals, and do not enjoy being held or picked up. The best way to bond with them is on their level (and on their terms). If you'd like to learn more about this very special duo, email their adoption counselor now!
Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV2) is a highly contagious disease affecting rabbits. Due to its presence in San Diego County, all rabbits will receive a mandatory RHDV2 vaccine before adoption. Guests will be charged $12 for this vaccine upon adoption.
