How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by their previous owner on December 8, 2020.
At SDHS: Timber has been microchipped, neutered, and is up to date on vaccinations. Now he's ready for his new home!
Why this pet is the one for you: Meet Timber! This handsome fellow has a hard time adjusting in new places and will need an adopter who can go slow, let him approach on his own, and offer lots of treats. He will need to continue his positive reinforcement training. Timber has some clear boundaries when he's uncomfortable. Once he gets to know you, he can be very playful and energetic. It just takes time for him to show his goofy side. Because Timber is more reserved, our Behavior and Training team will discuss how to help him get familiar in his new home to set him up for success. Does he seem like the one for you? Click on "Adopt Me" to get started today!
