How this pet arrived:
This pet was brought in by their previous owner.

At SDHS:
This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. This pet is now ready for their new home!

Why this pet is the one for you:
Who could possibly resist a sweet face like that? This handsome boy is Pete! Pete is simply lovely. He's a tender hearted dog who loves meeting new people! Sometimes Pete lacks confidence so he was a little nervous when he first arrived at SDHS. Although he was initially afraid to walk through our halls, he was friendly with us right away! Pete wasted no time covering us with his sloppy kisses! In his previous home Pete lived with two small dogs and got along well with them. While Pete is still working on his impulse control, he would do best in a home with older, more sturdy children. Pete was given a bath during his stay at SDHS and he was such a gentleman about it! Pete is an all around good natured dog. He's got plenty of energy and would love to find a family who will take him on plenty of walks with them! Pete's second favorite past time is cuddling on the couch with his humans! If you're looking for a sweet silly man to add to your life, please make an appointment today!
