Why this pet is the one for you:
Rusty is a spunky guy who is full of energy and who p prefers the company of ladies. He would prefer an all female household, with minimal male visitors. He enjoys being the only guy in your life and makes up for it with affection and cuteness. He can be shy to warm up to new people, but once he is your friend, he loves to snuggle up, bound around a yard, play, or take a long walk around the block. He would do best in a home with no other dogs. He loves to chew, so he would do best in a home that could provide him with appropriate hard toys to chew on. He has spent time with our Behavior and Training staff to help him learn trust and confidence. He needs a patient home that is willing to give him the time he needs to warm up to new people and situations. Due to his shy, but sometimes over-exuberant nature, he would do best in a home without young children. Rusty has a Behavior Consult, which means that you will consult with a Trainer, regarding his fearful behavior, prior to adoption. Call us today if you're interested in adopting this handsome boy!
