I've been adopted!

How this pet arrived:
This pet was brought in by their Previous Owner on March 28, 2020.

Why this pet is the one for you:
This is Twix. He loves you already even though you've only just met through a picture! Twix is a BIG boy. Even though he's the size of a very small pony his caregivers report that he is lovey to handle and walk. He's a big guy with an even bigger heart. Twix is an affectionate dog who is looking for someone to snuggle him and give him pets. In his previous home he was around a lot of kiddos and he think's they are great! He can be jumpy and exuberant so sturdy kids who are comfortable with big dogs would be best! Twix has lived with another male dog whom he did well with, but he get's upset when he sees stranger dogs on leash. He is leash reactive so he will always need to be walked by an adult. He would love to find a home who can help him work on his leash manners and continue his positive reenforcement training! Despite his size Twix can be a scaredy boy sometimes. He's looking for someone who can protect him from awful things like fireworks and plastic bags floating in the wind (yikes!). He may get anxious in new situations and need some time to feel safe. Overall Twix is a good boy! He is potty trained, friendly to strangers, and a joy to be around. If you're looking for a 90 pound lap dog then look no further! Call us about Twix today!
