Domestic Short Hair/Mix
Male | 12Yrs 7Mths 3Wks (approx) | 15 lbs 11.52 oz
I've been adopted!
How I arrived: I was brought in by my previous owner on August 31, 2019.
At SDHS: I've been microchipped, vaccinated, and neutered. I am now ready to find my new home!
Why I am the one for you: My Personality Color Code is Purple; meaning I'm Happy - Go - Lucky...Carefree...Engaging...Adaptive...and Cheerful! I'm a mellow, easy-going guy looking for a comfortable home. It might take me some time to adjust to a new environment, but once I do I love hanging around with people and taking naps.
This cat has tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). FIV causes cats to be less able to fight off infection, but with good care many FIV+ cats can live their normal lifespans. Preventive care is especially important: regular veterinary visits, good dental care, and a non raw food diet. FIV can only be transmitted to other cats and therefore they should only live indoors and with other FIV+ cats or be a single cat. We sincerely appreciate adopters that are willing to provide special homes for FIV cats and we gladly waive the adoption fee.
